EDL Button
The Radxa Dragon Q8B has an onboard EDL button for entering EDL mode. EDL mode is an emergency download mode for Qualcomm processor devices, mainly used for emergency recovery, firmware flashing, or device unlocking.
User Guide
Follow the steps below to put the board into EDL mode.
Detailed steps:
- Press and hold the EDL button
- Connect the Dragon Q8B USB-C port to a computer USB port using a USB Type-C cable (the power LED normally stays green)
- Release the EDL button
- Connect a 20V Type-C power adapter compatible with the PD protocol
Normally, the motherboard will enter EDL mode.
